The Service relies on third-party services including but not limited to Google Gemini API, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Pro: Up to 5 domains
  • Business: Unlimited domains
Plan features and limits are subject to change at our discretion.

5.2 Billing

For paid plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees due

5.3 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice of the change.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

5.5 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruption due to payment failure.

8.2 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
  • Generated Content should not be relied upon as factual without independent verification
  • We do not review, verify, or endorse any Generated Content
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any Generated Content before publication

8.3 No Professional Advice

Generated Content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (GBP 100).

We do not guarantee any specific level of service availability or uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We may perform scheduled maintenance at any time. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant planned maintenance but are not obligated to do so.

13.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.

Upon termination:

  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (including Sections 7.2, 9, 11, 12, 15, and 16)

14.4 No Refunds

Unless required by law, termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.
